Mr. Olorunfemi Olaoluwa
Olorunfemi Olaoluwa is a medical student at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He currently serves as the Special Duties Officer (Pre-clinical) of the University of Ibadan Medical Students’ Association (UIMSA) where he is in charge of the academic and social welfare of over 300 Medical Doctors in Training. He is also the Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) for Enactus, University of Ibadan Chapter and the 32nd Federation of African Medical Students’ Association (FAMSA) General Assembly and Scientific Conference Organising Committee where he is charged with designing social media strategies and building a positive public image for the organisations to the international community. His interests vary from the media – having served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UIMSA Press Organisation in the past, to community development which has led him to volunteer for various health outreach projects within and outside Oyo State, Nigeria. Olaoluwa facilitated a massive awareness campaign to over twelve secondary schools in Ibadan, educating over 700 teenagers on the transmission and prevention of HIV/AIDS. He is also passionate about environmental conservation, politics and child and maternal care. Olaoluwa believes that by producing world – class leaders, The Panacea Project would be a tool of positive change and sustainable development in Africa. In his spare time, he enjoys football, networking and reading novels.
